Returns & Refunds
Each Almavera Studio piece is made to order. Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After review, eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund.
