RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each Almavera Studio piece is made to order. Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

change of mind;
incorrect size selection;
incorrect product selection; or
other non-defective items.

Please review product dimensions, specifications, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing error, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Almavera Studio within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

your order number;
a brief description of the issue; and
clear photographs showing the product, the affected area, and the packaging when applicable.

After reviewing the information provided, eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

In most cases involving a verified damaged or defective item, you will not be required to return the product unless we specifically request otherwise.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be completed after production has begun.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
