SHIPPING POLICY

All Almavera Studio artwork is made to order. Each piece enters production after an order is placed.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on factors including product availability, order volume, production capacity, holidays, quality-control requirements, and other circumstances affecting our production partners.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available and may vary depending on:

product type and size;
delivery destination;
shipping method;
production provider; and
applicable carrier rates.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping and delivery may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that certain shipping services or destinations may not provide full tracking information.

Tracking updates may also take time to appear after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipment.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be produced or shipped separately.

When this occurs, you may receive more than one shipment and more than one tracking number.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are determined by local authorities and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also affect estimated delivery times.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or another shipping issue, please contact Almavera Studio so we can review the available order information and assist you.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us within the applicable claim period.
